Congratulations to senior Noor Judeh for committing to play tennis for Rutgers University in New Jersey. She has been playing tennis for six years, and will continue to play Division I in college. Judeh is ranked #1 in the midatlantic for the 18-year-old age group. Congratulations to Judeh on becoming a Scarlet Knight.
