A new report published by the Office of superintendents confirms that the MCPS class of 2012 outscored all other counties in Maryland for AP testing. In 2012, 67.3 percent of MCPS students took one or more AP exams and 52.3 percent scored an average of 3 points or higher.
The percentage was 22.7 points higher than the rate of public school graduates in Maryland.
