Boys tennis hopes to achieve success this season after a disappointing run last year in which it failed to reach finals.
After losing four seniors, the team will focus largely on coming together and supporting each other for the 2011 season.
“We will accomplish this by having them spend practice time working on their mental outlook as well as working on game skills,” coach Benjamin Woods said.
According to Woods, the loss of seniors provides an opportunity for leadership.

“It is part of high school sports, each year players leave,” Woods said. “But that provides growth for the new leaders to step up, learn leadership skills and help their teammate through the season.”
